NOTIFICATION BY ORAL/POSTERThe ORAL AND POSTER ABSTRACTS THAT WILL BE SENT TO OUR CONGRESS WILL BE EVALUATED BY THE REFEREES (SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE) AND IT WILL BE DECIDED TO SUBMIT THEM.
The papers to be presented at the Congress should be of a quality that can contribute to scientific development in the form of experimental studies, clinical studies, original case reports, or compilations.
Since the abstracts sent via the Internet will be printed in the same way, attention should be paid to spelling errors. Authors are responsible for spelling mistakes.
Papers will be accepted in the oral and poster categories. Papers that are not presented at the congress or whose abstracts are not delivered on time, although they are included in the program, will not be published.

The abstracts of the papers will be evaluated by the Scientific Advisory Board. The acceptance or rejection letters and the presentation format (oral or poster) will be sent to the applicants until September 30, 2022, and will also be announced on the official website of the congress.
Conditions for preparing an abstract paper;
•A student has the right to submit a maximum of 3 papers.
• The author who will present the paper at the congress must register.Otherwise, even if the application has been accepted, it will not be canceled and accepted into the program.
Oral and poster abstracts will be accepted for the Congress. English, Turkish, and English abstracts should be prepared in two languages.
English, Turkish, or English can be the language of presentation of the paper.
* The type of presentation (oral or poster) should be specified.The abstract of the abstract is prepared in accordance with the DRAFT of the ABSTRACT and sent in MS Word format via e-mail (ivsaelazigkongre@gmail.com )should be sent.
Abstracts should not exceed 250 words. This limitation includes only the abstract text; the title, author names, institutions, and keywords will be kept separate from this limitation.
• If the author is a student with first and last names (the title is not written), the university he attends (for example, Firat University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine), and the institution he works at should be stated in full, with special attention paid to the rankings.
There should be at least 3 or at most 5 pieces.
Poster Presentations: brought to our congress in printed form will be presented in the form of visual presentations.
The authors (responsible/server author) are responsible for incomplete or incorrectly entered information.
The place and form of the presentations within the program are decided by the members of the Scientific Committee.
The acceptance of the papers will be evaluated by the members of the Scientific Committee determined on the subject.
All scientific and legal responsibilities related to the papers belong to the authors.
Abstracts that are not sent in accordance with the above-mentioned rules will be excluded from the evaluation.
The papers whose registration is not completed and/or not presented and the papers of the Responsible/Server Authors who do not participate in the congress will not be published in the Congress Abstract Booklet.
POSTER PRESENTATION PREPARATION CONDITIONS;
Dimensions: Posters should preferably be prepared vertically with dimensions of 70 cm x 100 cm.
The poster text should be easily readable from 1-2 meters. The character sizes that can be preferred in the text should generally be as indicated below.
54 pt (bold and capital letters) main title of the paper. The entire title should be written in capital letters.
The title should not be written in 42 point (in bold, capital, and small letters); the surname should be written in capital letters; the name of the author presenting the poster should be underlined. The e-mail addresses of all authors should be written in small font just below their names.
The institutions represented by the authors in 36 points (in regular, upper and lower case letters) should be marked with a superscript in parallel with the names. Institution addresses should be located under the names of the authors.

sources: 18 pt (standard)
Color: In terms of eye comfort, neutral or gray tones should be used on the poster background, and dark tones should be preferred for text. Boards with sufficient dimensions for hanging posters will be provided by the congress organization. Authors must be present at the beginning of their posters on the specified poster presentation date.
